Guidelines for communication across all Valkyrie’s Saga channels — in‑game, Discord, and voice‑linked chat.

Core Chat Guidelines

Respectful Communication

Treat all players with dignity.

Harassment, hate speech, slurs, or targeted insults are strictly prohibited. Disagreements are fine — personal attacks are not.

No Spam or Flooding

Keep channels readable.

Repeated messages, excessive pings, or disruptive text patterns are not allowed. Use chat responsibly to maintain a healthy environment.

No Advertising or Unapproved Links

Protect the community from scams and noise.

External links, server invites, or promotional content must be approved by staff. Suspicious or harmful links will result in immediate action.

No Impersonation

Identity matters.

Do not impersonate staff, community members, or known creators. Misleading others about your identity is a bannable offense.

Keep Chat Relevant

Use the right channel for the right topic.

Game chat is for gameplay. Trade chat is for trading. Support chat is for support. Off‑topic conversations should stay in designated channels.

Moderation Compliance

Staff instructions must be followed.

If a moderator asks you to stop a behavior, drop a topic, or move a conversation, you must comply. Appeals can be made afterward if needed.
