Guidelines for respectful, safe, and immersive communication across all Valkyrie’s Saga voice channels.

Voice Conduct & Expectations

Respectful Communication

Voice chat must remain safe for all players.

Harassment, hate speech, slurs, or targeted insults are strictly prohibited. Heated gameplay is fine — personal attacks are not.

No Ear‑Rape or Audio Disruption

Protect the hearing and comfort of others.

Playing loud noises, soundboards, screeching audio, or intentionally disruptive sounds is not allowed in any voice channel.

No Recording Without Consent

Privacy matters.

Recording voice channels without the clear consent of all participants is prohibited. Staff may record for moderation purposes when necessary.

No Impersonation

Identity must remain clear.

Players may not impersonate staff or other community members using voice changers, mimicry, or deceptive audio techniques.

Channel Relevance

Use the right channel for the right purpose.

Keep discussions relevant to the channel topic. Raid channels are for raids, trade channels for trade, and social channels for casual conversation.

Push‑to‑Talk Recommended

Background noise disrupts immersion.

While not required, players are encouraged to use push‑to‑talk or noise suppression to avoid transmitting unwanted background sounds.

Moderation Compliance

Staff instructions must be followed.

If a moderator asks you to adjust your behavior, change channels, or mute temporarily, you must comply. Appeals can be made afterward if needed.
